Sanok - Tyrawa Solna - 12 km - duration: 2-3 hrs
This canoe route, due to its location in the region, is the most frequented by tourists vacationing in the Bieszczady Mountains. In one day you can get here from the farthest corner of the Bieszczady Mountains, take part in a canoeing trip and visit the attractions located in Sanok.
San is an easy river in this section and visitors with no experience and families with children can take part. Most tourist offices operating in the Bieszczady Mountains offer rafting on this route in a canoe or pontoon.

A visit in Sanok is an opportunity to see the attractions available in the city, including: the Historical Museum, located in Sanok's castle, with the largest collection of works by Sanok resident Zdzisław Beksiński and a rich collection of icons. The open-air museum in Sanok - the Museum of Folk Architecture with a Galician Town - is also a nationwide attraction.
Route Dynów - Krasiczyn - 54 km - duration: 1-2 days
Less advanced kayakers can divide this section into two stages:
- Dynów - Slonne - 16 km - duration: 3-4 hours, family route;
- Słonne - Krasiczyn - 36 km - duration: 5-7 hrs.
The canoe trail from Dynów to Krasiczyn is highly recommended to canoeists who want to start their canoeing adventure. It is an easy trail, very scenic and attractive in terms of scenery. The San flows among the forested, low hills of the Przemyśl-Dynów Foothills, passing along the way resort villages located on the bank with ready places for rest or camping. These stations are equipped with covered benches and garbage bins.
Such places are Słonne and Wybrzeże, where you can also find piers to get out of the water and moor a kayak or pontoon. There are also well-organized sites in Bachórzec-Pasieki and Chyrzyna. Along the trail, in Słonne and Krasice, there are resorts with camping cabins located on the shore, in the privacy of the forest. Those who end their rafting trip in Krasiczyn will have an incredible opportunity to visit the Renaissance castle there.

Route Krzeszów - Nisko - 25 km - duration 4-5 hrs
A unique attraction of the low-lying section of the San is rafting on traditional boats - scows by rafters from Ulanów, whose rafting traditions have been included in the UNESCO list of intangible heritage.
