Former Greek Catholic tserkov in Siemuszowa standing along the right side of the road, close to the entrance to the village, was once a filial tserkva of the Transfiguration of Our Lord, built in 1841. After 1946 it was transformed into a Roman Catholic church of the Baptism of the Lord, a branch of the parish in Mrzygłód. The building was restored in 1978 and its interior was repainted by volunteers in the 1990s

The narthex is preceded with a low post and beam type tower.
