The subsequent owner, Stanisław Jędrzejowicz, had the building remodelled as a result of which the modest abode was transformed into an elegant establishment with modern, asymmetric and eclectic corps de logis. The palace gained a more complex and sophisticated design. Its distinctive features include the tower in its south-eastern corner, and an avant-corps jutting out from the front facade at its northern side.

The landscaped garden was established at the time of the house construction at the flat terrain featuring no bodies of water. Old trees from the 19th and early 20th century, seen at the outskirts of the park, provide a background for the architecture of the building. The centre of the establishment is occupied by the palace with large lawns in front, highlighting the layout of the residence. A swimming pool, built in the garden in contemporary times, adds variety to the surroundings of the palace.

The Ostoya Manor is currently used as accommodation facility.
