The notable landmarks here include St. Hedwig’s Church, built in the mid-1500s, and then reconstructed a number of times. Inside you can admire the late Baroque main altar from the first half of the 1700s as well as the pulpit and baptismal font from the latter half of the 1700s; the belfry standing next to the church was built in 1839

Dębica

 

how to get there

In the southern part of the town you can take a stroll along Las Wolica walking path offering a view to Dębica. Those into horse riding can enjoy a green riding trail, and Ranczo Hucułek equestrian centre.

 

Each year in May, Dębica hosts opera performances staged by amateur artists led by Paweł Adamek. The event attracts many music lovers, not only from the Podkarpackie region.

 

Fans of pop music can have fun during Goodfest Dębica, an event hosting shows of Polish pop stars.
