how to get there

Inside the museum, an English Raleigh motorcycle from 1924, excavated during the works on the Dębica-Rzeszów highway is a valuable exhibit. Internal exhibitions also include the history of soldiers stationed in Dębica during the 19th and 20th centuries, archaeological excavations (mammoth bones, the skull of a woolly rhinoceros, a fossil bison horn) and "the Old Cinema", where you can watch documentaries about the history of the city and the surrounding area. Moreover, museum lessons and modeling workshops for children and teenagers take place here, during which models of ships, tanks and planes are made.

The museum is located in the building of the former cavalry barracks from the end of the 19th century. It runs a publishing center, as well as a regional library.
