HOW DOES „ETNORANEK” LOOK LIKE?

Etnoranek are unique culinary workshops in Krosno and an attractive form of spending free time for both adults and children. During classes the participants, under the watchful eye of extraordinary chef who has both an extensive culinary and traditional, as well as cultural knowledge, explore the secrets of regional cuisine. Etnoranek is a perfect attraction for children in Krosno, with its menu consisting of traditional baked goods (bread, challah) with freshly whipped butter and additives (preserves made in the Ethnocentre of the Krosno Region kitchen, as well as cold cuts, honey, cheese and vegetables from locals). Furthermore, we offer also warm dishes and traditional desserts. Those extremely informative and extraordinary workshops for children in Krosno have a grand final – after cooking and setting up the table, there comes a time for joint meal. It goes by in a pleasant, almost idyllic atmosphere accompanied by stories from the past, memories and jokes. When workshops end, nobody want to leave the place and new friends, as it is a real pity to depart from the stove room, where you can enjoy a real homely atmosphere, very similar to the one of your grandma.
