HOW DOES „ETNORANEK” LOOK LIKE?

Etnoranek is a unique culinary workshop in Krosno that is a great way to spend time for both adults and children.  During the workshops, participants, under the guidance of an incredibly charismatic chef, who possesses not only vast culinary knowledge, but also traditional and cultural expertise, delve into the secrets of regional cuisine.  Etnoranek is the perfect attraction for families with children in Krosno. The menu includes traditional bread baked on-site (bread, challah) with freshly churned butter and toppings (preserves made in the Ethnocenter of Krosno Land kitchen, cured meats, honey, cheese, early vegetables from local vendors).  In addition, there are also two warm dishes and a traditional dessert. This is just a suggestion, the menu for each meeting is set a few days in advance.  These informative and unique family workshops for children in Krosno have a wonderful finale - after cooking together and setting the table, the highly anticipated meal follows. It takes place in a pleasant, almost idyllic atmosphere, accompanied by stories from the past, memories, and jokes.  When the workshop time comes to an end, no one wants to leave, everyone is sad to part ways with new friends and to leave the Stove Room, where there is a homely atmosphere, just like in a grandmother's kitchen.  Etnoranek is proof that attractions in Krosno can be truly unique and atmospheric.
