In the late 1700s the estate in Boratyn was acquired by Stadniccy, restored and expanded the manor house. It is likely they also established the here landscape park. In the first half of the 1800s the manor house was owned by Jan Stadnicki, who rebuilt the building in the late classical style.
The garden despite the changing fortunes of the manor house, retains its original layout and features monumental pedunculate oaks.
The manor complex in Boratyn is currently used as accommodation facility.
