Castles, palaces, as well as country houses, of the nobility are an inherent part of the landscape of the Podkarpackie region
Dozens of such residences, together with the gardens surrounding them, constitute the Carpathian Trail of Historical Houses and Gardens.
At present the Route leads to 34 landmarks scattered throughout Podkarpackie. For tourists’ convenience it has been divided into four trails located in four parts of the region. They are definitely worth visiting.
