The museum is a great place to see what school classrooms and offices looked like during the partitions, interwar period and later
The exhibits introduce the school aura: from pencil cases and feathers to desks and boards. The facility also offers a kind of journey half a century back, thanks to the exhibition "Przemyśl of the 60s and 70s through the lens of Jan Gruntowicz", which allows viewers to assess how the city has changed. The attention of tourists is also attracted by a reconstructed photographic workshop from 100 years ago, an early-Baroque stove, and polychromes from the 16th century.
The museum is a branch of the National Museum of the Przemyśl Region. It is located in two historic tenement houses: Rynek 9 and Serbańska 7. Apart from interesting exhibitions, it also offers educational activities for children and teenagers.
