The palace in Narol, built by Count Antoni Feliks Łoś in 1776–1781, originally was surrounded with a landscaped park representing entre cour et jardin establishment
The terraced French-style garden was designed and created by a German landscape artist Norbert Hammerschmidt.
The Baroque building has a horse-shoe shaped layout, making reference to the coat of arms borne by the Łoś family. The main building has rectangular shape, and is linked, via arcaded passages, with two single-story pavilions. The front facade of the palace features the Łoś family’s coat of arms. The central part of the palace holds a vestibule and a ball room.
In the times of Count Antoni Feliks Łoś the palace held large collections of arts, historical artefacts and books. There was also a school of music, drama and arts providing education to talented young people. Destroyed by fire in 1944 the old residence was abandoned for decades. At present it is a private property.
