The church with a cross-shaped layout has no towers, yet the roof is topped with five dome-like structures
Inside you can admire impressive wall-paintings whose iconographic features, technique and style combine elements of religious art with folk traditions and historical context. In 2013 the church in Turzańsk was entered onto the list of UNESCO World Heritage Sites. Next to the tserkov there is a wooden belfry with a bulbous cupola, dating from 1817.
